This file up-loader will only accept files that can be used for the decoration of our gift mugs coffee mugs. Hence files with extensions such as these:
.gif, .exe. .doc, .xls, etc. etc. and files with double extensions
will not be accepted nor any files larger than 5.8MB

Should your file be larger than 1MB,
then please use our multi-file upload page.

We're not responsible for e-mails that do not comply with above indications or are eliminated by your anti-spam software and hence will not reach us.

Note: When sending us digital image files as file attachments, please do not forget to also send us our order form. We're not able to send reminder e-mails should only one or the other (your digital images or your e-mail) arrive.
We'll wait until both arrive before responding.

Please make sure that you file names do NOT include any apostrophes [ ' ] as our server might not accept them.

Giftmugs by Bitmark, Inc. is not accepting any .doc, .exe and .pif files due to the negative effect on our network caused by viruses.
If you need to send any one of these files types, please make sure that the file is sent as a .zip or .gzip compressed file.

Please note that we're only able to prepare virtual mug layouts from your digital image files after we receive our order/payment form.

By uploading your files to our servers you expressly acknowledge and declare that you are the owner of the material that is to be transferred to our servers and that your material does not violate any copyright or intellectual property restrictions and agree that you'll hold us harmless from any resulting claims.
